		Assuming the intranet user has Javascript turned on (which would be a necessity for any of these ideas to work anyway), intercepting those keys would take care of that problem... and that's only for the small percentage that think to do things like that (usually it's developers and not the users).

Not to rain on this parade, but I frequently use only the keyboard,
and navigate "back" by using ALT+left-arrow-key :-)

So the absence of chrome doesn't guarantee that functionality is gone...
