Are you wanting to do this from the browser viewing your page? If so,
what if the client OS doesn't have a Windows like clipboard feature?

I need to paste an image (print screen) which I have in the clipboard in
a HTML page and send to the server. 

Do you know some routine Javascript or some component that allows it?
