I would think long and hard about my overall design of the site if you
have 200 images to cache. Even with broadband access that is a lot of
data. Why so many images?

Subject: [Javascript] image preloader doubt

Hi,
I am having one doubt regarding image preloader in javascript.I am
working in digital signange system for displaying ads in mall, shops.I am
using image preloader function to get images from server and load into
client RAM and displaying images one after another using <img> tag.
I am little bit worried ,suppose if user contain 100-200
images, whether image preloader function will load all the images to the
users RAM at a time or it will load the first image and display it and
at the same time it will load image and display it and so on.
I want to know how Image preloader function works, and is there any
other solution other than what i specified above.i also want to know
whether the user want to have large RAM size for storing image.
