[Javascript] interframe style change in IE

I have a frameset in which there is a frame for exhibits, a frame for
buildings, and a frame for times. When you mouseover an item, a function
highlights the item along with the corresponding elements in the other
frames. For example, when you mouseover the building called "Siebel
Center", it is highlighted, all the times are highlighted (because there are
exhibits open at all times in that building), and the collection of Siebel
Center exhibits are highlighted.

All is dandy in Firefox and Safari at least, but in Internet Explorer 6 (I
don't have access to other versions), the times do not highlight when
javascript in other frames is supposed to be highlighting them. You can
look at this feature by clicking the head next to "2. Explore" at:

Any help is much appreciated.
