I have Frontpage 2003. It has
a discussion web template that
puts each message on its own
html page. I'd like to start a 
blog - what do most people use
to program +/or structure the
typical implementation of this?
Is it a database with mySql or
msAccess or ADO.NET -- can someone
kindly aim this neophyte in the 
correct direction.
