[Javascript] Standards

Chris, I think its like most things in life, you need to bit of something
from everyone to move things along. We need to encourage innovation along
with some adherence to standards, but I'd argue the standards shouldn't be
as high as to discourage innovation - or should we still be coding for those
that don't have frame enabled browsers?
