--=====================_4517171==_.ALT Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed This is the JavaScript list and not the JS-Jive list. If you want to post to both lists, that is very fine (sometimes posting a question to two different lists will increase the chances of a good response/answer), but please do not put one of the addresses in the Bcc field. The Louisiana Tech servers are set up to deny Bcc postings on lists that are hosted by the servers. They are set up that way to reduce spam, since there are too many spammers that like using the Bcc fields. I can not change that. Some people have joined the JS-Jive list thinking that they were joining the JavaScript list. Others are joining the JS-Jive list by responding to the JS-Jive subscription posting to this list and in doing so are subscribing themselves to the JS-Jive list but the JS-Jive list records _their_ email address as _javascript@xxxxxxxxxxxx All of this is causing far too many bounced messages by the Tech server. Please do not sign up for the JS-Jive list from this list. If you do post to both lists (which again, I have no problem with), please do not use the Bcc: field to place one of the list addresses in. Use the To: and the Cc: fields only. If you want to join the JS-Jive list, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/JS-Jive/, and subscribe from there. Do not subscribe by responding to the "Please confirm your subscription" post that was sent to this list. That will cause posting problems for you. If you have subscribed to the JS-Jive list in the last few days, please go to the JS-Jive list's Web site above and confirm that your email address is correct (and not listed as javascript@xxxxxxxxxx). I will be working with the JS-Jive moderator about that very situation as well.
