Mr Vanderroost, thanks for the notice. There has been three 'Re: [Javascript] Auto scrolling' one of them is mine. The other two came from: ClydeList@xxxxxx & Hassan Schroeder; since I don't keep address books and never use 'Outlook' and my post is simple text, I'm wieving that Schroeder also pested simple text message, the virus might have very possibly came from rich-text msg Re posted by 'ClydeList@xxxxxx' Currently checking my system for any possibilities..., anyway thanks alot. >From: Dany Vanderroost <danyv@xxxxxxxxxx> >Reply-To: javascript@xxxxxxxxxx >To: javascript@xxxxxxxxxx >Subject: [Javascript] Windows macro virus >Date: Sat, 15 Feb 2003 16:31:43 +0100 > >This is an autoreply/autodetection message about your >mail with subject "Re: [Javascript] Auto scrolling" received from my >server. > >Dear Sir, Madam, >I have just received a windows macro virus/virus from you, >it probably has one of your private files attached to it; >I do not know and do not plan to dissect it to find out. >but you have probably also sent it to others in your windows >addressbook as well, or others whose email addresses somehow >appear somewhere on your computer. > >Please either change operating systems to something secure, >undertake to secure your windows machine, or disconnect >your machine from the internet. > >Thanks >_______________________________________________ >Javascript mailing list >Javascript@xxxxxxxxxx >https://lists.LaTech.edu/mailman/listinfo/javascript _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
