Thanks for all who's replied. This is what I need (INPUT TYPE="file"), I 
didn't know the do it in stand point of html. It was only after reading Ben's 
reply that I realize it should be handled with server-side language. 
I uses php and was able to figure it out from the manual on how to do this.
