[Javascript] Server Threw an Exception

	Hello,

	I came across some code you wrote on a website
(http://www.latech.edu/pipermail/javascript/2001-March/000151.html) and
am having the exact same problem as you are, with 'server threw an
exception'.  My code looks almost identical to yours.  I was wondering
if you found a way around this problem?  I am trying to add an item to a
dropdown list on the parent form in IE5.5.
