pliny, We had to go with frames to resolve the problem. There may be another workaround but I couldnt find it. Sorry, Josh -----Original Message----- From: pliny [mailto:pliny@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, July 31, 2001 4:36 AM To: javascript@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: [Javascript] javascript & winmedia hi josh, i read your post to the javascript BBS about javascript stopping windows media: http://www.latech.edu/pipermail/javascript/2001-June/000932.html i looked at your page & it looks like you found a workaround. could you let me know what it was? .. i am having the same issue right now. really annoying. (i am hoping it wasnt putting the mplayer & the javascript in different frames, since, because of design issues, i have to keep them in the same frame.) thanks for your time, pliny. _____________________________________________________________ _______________________________________________ Javascript mailing list Javascript@xxxxxxxxxx http://www.LaTech.edu/mailman/listinfo/javascript
