Hi Valdis, "FIREFOXHTML" is the *filetype*, the file name is "loading.html". Probably Firefox, when installed, linked the html extension to "FIREFOXHTML" file type. Then he unistalled firefox, but the filetype association is still there. So Internet Explorer now is trying to open the html file whith the program firefox.exe, which is not there. So IE prompts the user for action. But maybe I'm wrong. (But yes, next time don't send a .bmp, they have approximately *zero* compression. I resaved it as a .jpg with esssentially no information loss, and the file shrank dramatically: % ls -l gmail* -rw-r--r-- 1 valdis valdis 1598382 May 30 13:05 gmail.bmp -rw-r--r-- 1 valdis valdis 55198 May 30 13:08 gmail.jpg
