[Advanced-java] Binary to Decimal

So far I have got the code to convert the following:

  Decimal to Hex
  Decimal to Binary

  However, still trying to figure out:
  Binary to Decimal
  Hex to Binary

 Class Integer.toBinaryString will convert Decimals to
Binary....However,  can you give me an suggest to perform that same task
in reverse or can
that be done.
