Box layout -- resizing components.

Hi! I use Box layout for my master panel where I place individual Swing components (sub-panels). How can I make sure that the panels/components are resized properly when the user resizes the applet? I also use the combination of GridLayout, BoxLayout and FlowLayout for sub-panels. Any observations/advice about dealing with the size/resize issues in this case would be appreciated.
