Applet Nirvana - reduced load time via Appstream

Hi,

That's 8 patents *filed*, not granted. Even then, software patents in the
US are very dubious things. The PTO seems to give them out without really
examining or understanding the claims. Often they are, if you'll pardon the
expression, patently invalid, being claims on obvious techniques or prior art.

Hey, I can file patent applications, too, but I'd rather take my chances on
actually creating some useful software.

Their "data sheet" is just a bunch of claims without something demonstrable
to back them up.

Yeah, we have patents, too, but don't ask me about them, 'cause I don't know.
