I am writing an internal white paper to help convince my upper-echelon
managers that we should migrate the majority of our code base from (mostly)
COBOL to Java. This has to make sense from a *business* perspective (e.g.
"this technology is nice, and here is how it will save us dollars over the
long run"). Can anybody recommend books, articles, websites, etc. that have
convincing business-oriented arguments for moving to Java for the
enterprise?

Thanks,
Jeff Hanes
