Allaire told us they were not prepared to honour
contracts they were obligated to honour, and as part of
their ugly corporate behaviour informed us of their
"new" list of charges. When you say, "Allaire engineers
told us ... " I presume you mean that your query
was logged as an "incident" and your were
charged for the benefit of their wisdom. Yes?

Do you ever feel you are being screwed by Allaire?
