JDBC Type 3 driver. . .

Hi,
I am having problems connecting to a database using the
JDBC Type 3 Driver. I have down loaded the JDBC driver and
installed it as per the instruction of the supplier. But
whenever i try to connect to the server using this driver i
get an exception stating that i do not have rights.
I am able to do the connection using the JDBC-ODBC
bridge drivers. Can anybody help with this. Any sites where
the Type 3 driver can be down loaded from.
