jdk1.3 and JBuilder

Frank,

I am using JBuilder 3 and it can switch between JDKs and still debug,
although it
is very slow when using 1.1.8.

Borland are working on a pure Java version of JBuilder code named PrimeTime
which they showed at their developer conference. We have a copy and it
seems to run really well.
