Socket Question

Dear Dinakar,
As I understand this particular constructor is provided when you want to =
create communication between two specific ports of two specific =
machines,instead of allowing the localhost to select any free port at =
random.
If am interested in running a dedicated communication on a predefined =
port, I can use this Socket.
